3. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible. 

Please note the following important points:

- We only accept exchange requests within 3 days of the delivery date.

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging for us to process the exchange.

- In case a replacement is not available, we may offer you a refund or store credit as an alternative.
